Caelan has now started attending the Winter turbo training sessions organised by Lee Valley Youth Cycling Club on a Monday evening. The sessions are mostly led by Andrew Griffith of Team IG Sigma Sport, and it was Andrew himself that recommended Caelan use a turbo trainer after he attended a skills session last December. This though was easier said than done as at the time a turbo for a 24 inch wheel was surprisingly hard to come by until we found the Elite Novo Force. Not a recommended turbo trainer as parts are slow to come from Italy if required so I would avoid if possible).

The various training sessions are available for download on the Lee Valley website and a great weekly workout now Winter is settling in…..
