During the lead up to the London Olympics, Redbridge Cycling Centre was designated as a training location for many of the Olympic road racing teams. The circuit was therefore closed to the general public frequently, but there were times the teams would carry on training when Caelan was able hit the tarmac… The Moroccan team one Saturday extended their training and were extremely gracious in allowing a keen 7 year old to ride with them and he was happy to pedal alongside Olympians.
